Located along the river in downtown, this hotel is perfect for those who want to explore the town on foot or go on hikes. It's also right near the gondola and slopes for skiing in winter. Rooms come fully stocked and equipped with modern amenities such as a steam shower, washer/dryer/dishwasher, and more to make guests feel at home. the staff are welcoming and happy to assist with everything.
The hotel doesn't offer a spa or any luxury features.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the room was well-appointed, featuring exclusive facilities and lavish decor. the bar and lounge area provided a fantastic atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
We faced a minor issue with the parking area, which was slightly challenging to navigate. Despite having self-parking arrangements, the support columns made it difficult to navigate around and park safely.

The room was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. the location had easy access to popular attractions and restaurants just a short walk away. the staff was also friendly and attentive, providing helpful tips and recommendations.
The walls were thin and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard, making it difficult to sleep at times. the parking was limited and often filled quickly, causing us to have to park far away and walk back to the hotel.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. The hot tub was a nice relaxing spot to thaw out in the cold weather. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
The room was outdated and in need of renovation. The bedding was old and uncomfortable, and the kitchen appliances were not modern.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to everything in this charming city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were spotless, providing the perfect environment for a comfortable getaway.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
